Update
We continue to investigate the login and performance issues affecting the Protime applications. While we have seen improvements compared to earlier this week, a number of users may still experience slow performance, connection warnings, or intermittent login issues.
As previously communicated, logging out completely and then logging back in may help alleviate the issue for some users.
Our teams are currently coordinating efforts to implement a permanent solution as quickly as possible. Due to the complexity and scale of the required changes, this involves significant work across multiple teams. We are doing everything possible to resolve the issue as soon as possible while ensuring service stability.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work towards a full resolution.

Identified
We have successfully identified the root cause and implemented a workaround that significantly reduces the impact of the issue. Since deploying this mitigation, we have observed a noticeable improvement in service stability, and the majority of users should experience normal platform behavior again.
Our technical teams continue to closely monitor the environment and are working hard to implement a permanent solution.
If you encounter the issue again, please completely log out of the application and then log back in. In most cases, this resolves the problem immediately and allows you to continue working normally.
We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding while we work through this issue. We remain committed to restoring full service reliability and will continue to provide updates as further progress is made.

Investigating
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing technical issues affecting the Protime Premium application. As a result, some users may notice temporary performance degradation or encounter error messages such as:
- Connection Error [0x0204] - The connection was terminated due to a network error - Out of memory exception - Connection error [0x4100000F] - The remote computer has ended the connection. - ctfmon.exe - System Error: The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application. - Connection Error: [0x0108] - The machine might be too busy to accept new connections or network problems are preventing your connection. Please try connecting again later. - Possible infinite loading behavior once logged in
Our technical teams are actively investigating this issue and are working closely with our partners to identify a permanent solution. Despite several days of intensive analysis and troubleshooting, the root cause has not yet been fully resolved. We believe it is important to communicate transparently and keep you informed of the situation.
We understand that these disruptions can be frustrating and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please be assured that resolving this issue remains our highest priority.
As a temporary workaround, logging out of the application and signing in again may help alleviate the issue in some cases. We will continue to provide updates through our status page, which you can follow here: Protime Status Page.
